Production Line Composition
The hot melt glue machine production line (Basic type) includes:

Working Principle
The mouse paperboard raw material is placed on the automatic paper feeding device, which is sent out in single sheets. After the glue application photoelectric sensor detects the mouse board on the conveyor belt, the glue gun descends to apply adhesive to the sticky mouse glue board, followed by manual pasting of the release paper.
For book-type mouse board production: Manual button placement and folding replaces the manual release paper pasting process.
